Windows 10 Troubleshooting Laptop Crashes: Seeking Assistance with Error Files

I'd recommend you update your bios. Also what kind of crash did you get as there are no bsod .dmp files.
Sorry my cleaner must have scrubbed the logs and I will update bios. Here is the log xml I captured before the cleaner got it.

Also whenever I run an extended memory test it gets stuck at 21% everytime even after letting it sit for many hours.
