Windows 10 Troubleshooting Laptop Crashes: Seeking Assistance with Error Files

My laptop crashed twice and I have no clue why here are the files you require.

I'd recommend you update your bios. Also what kind of crash did you get as there are no bsod .dmp files.

Sorry my cleaner must have scrubbed the logs and I will update bios. Here is the log xml I captured before the cleaner got it.

Also whenever I run an extended memory test it gets stuck at 21% everytime even after letting it sit for many hours.

Can you get memtest86 to create a USB flash drive with it and then boot from it to check the memory. You can download it from https://www.memtest86.com/downloads/memtest86-4.3.7-usb.img.zip

I did that today it passed all tests with zero errors. I am gonna recreate the same conditions that caused the BSOD last time and when it crashes I will upload new files right away.
