I just wanna know what i can do to stop the BSOD which was recorded in the file I am uploading. Can someone please help me. I have no idea what to do just like most people with just basic knowledge of computers.

Hi,
I tried to open your dump file but it's either corrupt or something else is going on. You'll notice the dump itself is zero bytes meaning it contains no information. Please check your settings are like this:
Open the run application.
Type sysdm.cpl in the run box and click ok.
Look across the top of the system properties box for 'Advanced' and click that.
Look for 'Startup and Recovery' near the bottom and click 'settings'.
Near the bottom you'll see a drop down menu under the heading 'write debugging information'.
In the drop down menu choose ' small memory dump (256KB)'
Under 'small dump directory' make sure it says %SystemRoot%\Minidump.
Click ok and your good to go.

Low or no pagefile can also stop dump file creation so ensure your page file is at least above 200mb or at default settings.

Thread moved to correct section.
