How do I upload video from Windows 8.0 on my phone to the Onedrive?

Happens automatically.
If you have one drive installed on your windows phone and....If you operate your windows phone with your microsoft account then any pictures you take should be sync'd to your one drive cloud pretty quickly and you should be able to see them if you go to Link Removed and sign in with the same account.
