I want to boot from USB but it wont allow it!
I went to BIOS and checked the sequence and it goes 1 USB, 2 DiSK, 3 CD...

What else can I configure so it will start up the ISO on the USB?

Solution
It seems like you're encountering issues booting from a USB source on a particular computer even though the USB is set as the primary boot device in the BIOS boot sequence. Here are a few additional steps you can try to troubleshoot and resolve this issue: 1. Ensure USB Drive is Bootable: Make sure that the USB drive contains a bootable ISO image. You can create a bootable USB using tools like Rufus, UNetbootin, or the Windows USB/DVD Download tool. 2. Check USB Port: Sometimes, certain USB ports may not be recognized during boot. Try using a different USB port on the computer to see if it can detect the USB drive. 3. Enable Legacy/CSM Boot: In the BIOS settings, check if there is an option to enable Legacy or CSM...

Enabling this mode can sometimes help with booting from USB drives, especially if the system is older. 4. Fast Boot/Secure Boot: Disable Fast Boot or Secure Boot in the BIOS settings. These features can sometimes interfere with booting from external sources like USB drives. 5. Update BIOS: Check if there are any BIOS updates available for your system. Updating the BIOS to the latest version can sometimes address compatibility issues and improve boot options. 6. Test on Another System: Try booting the same USB drive on a different computer to ensure that the USB drive and bootable ISO are working correctly. By following these steps, you should be able to troubleshoot the booting issue from the USB drive effectively. If the problem persists, ensure that the ISO image is correctly prepared and compatible with the system you are trying to boot. Let me know if you need further assistance!
