Windows 7 viewsonic LCD is not working with window 7

as the title mention, my viewsonic LCD is not working with my copy of window 7. i dont know why. i have tried with my old samsung CRT, both of the DVI (using DVI-VGA converter) and VGA outout is working perfectly, but i cant get my LCD working. when i boot from safe mode, the LCD working. here is my system spec. hope to solved this problem soon.

mobo bios: F14 (latest)
GFX card: palit HD 4870 sonic dual version (512mb)
GFX driver: 9.12

If you are trying to run two monitors, you might turn one off until you get the viewsonic working. What type of connection are you using for the LCD? Is it a DVI input, or something else?
