Windows 8 Weird "Program" process under Startup

There seems to be a startup file named "Program" that has no details, properties, or anything else. It's simply under the startup menu. I'd like to know if anybody has ever had this happen to them, and what it may be.

To answer your implied question:

No there isn’t a windows process called “program” but you do have non-windows software running on that machine screenshot.

I recommend temporally enabling the process then right-click, select the “open file location” menu option and see where this thing is on your system because it could be part of your vendor software… however anything installed to the temp folder and it’s a safe bet, you don’t want it on your computer.
