Windows 10 Wifi is available but Windows 10 on Tablet is unable to connect to Wifi.

Hi team, I have the user recently bought a new Tablet with Windows 10 installed but unable to connect to wifi

Description

User has bought a new Sony Tablet with Windows 10 installed. When he search for a wifi , he could see SSID available on his machine and Signal strength is good. However when He clicks "Connect". The tablet will keep being disconnected from the Wifi Network.

When other users who are on Tablet (HP)/Desktop/Laptop are able to connect to Wifi Network with no issue

When his machine is on the other location (Airport, MCDonald) , working fine.

Troubleshooting

the troubleshooting that I have done are

- Restart the device

- Reinstall Old/New Version of Wifi Drivers on the tablet

- Disabled Firewall on Tablet/Access Point

- Disabled Password on Access Point

- Restart the access point

- Set the MAC Address to allow the tablet access to Wifi on Access Point

- Set the IP Reservation for this Tablet

- Set the Wireless LAN on Tablet to b/n/g


None of the troubleshooting above work for me

Can you please advise ?

Navigate via Network Center to the adapter advanced settings:
There are a number of settings, they differ from adapter to adapter, but check:
- 802.11 channels both 2.4 and 5.2 set to 'auto'
- 802.11n mode: 'enabled'
- Wireless Mode: '802.11a/b/g'
- Prefered band: 'No preference'

Hope there is one setting which helps,

Yep , I have done all that
- ipconfig /all , this will bring up the machine IP - 169.x.x.x
- ipconfig /release
- ipconfig /renew
this won't pick up any IP from the wifi router at all as the machine could not connect to wifi so there is no way it could get the IP from DHCP.
