Windows 7 Win7 Family Pack License Use

I have Win7 Family Pack Home Premium.
This comes with licensing for 3 computers.
C1 is 64 bit & has winxp x32
All is backed up from winxp
I install w7 x32 but wait to activate the license.
It works fine.
I want to now try to install w7 x64.
If that works will activate license.
Does the w7 x32 count as the first install since I did not activate the w7 x32 version initially?
I thought if I did not activate the w7 x32 install then I should still have the three licenses.

You are correct, you still have all three left.
