Windows 7 Window opens in left corner only

Hello..............Can anyone help?

I am using windows 7, only today, when I click on a shortcut on my screen it only opens very small in the left hand top corner, this happens for all shortcuts from desktop.


I am sure there is a solution but I can't remember

As you probably know, windows will open in the same condition in which they were closed previously. Have you tried moving and expanding the window, then closing it?

The shortcut properties has a Run menu that may say Normal Window...do yours? Can you change it to test?

Do you run any third party software that is related to desktop behavior?
