Windows 10 Windows 10 "emoji" keyboard not showing up

I upgraded to Windows 10 about a month ago and found that the "emoji" keyboard isn't appearing on the taskbar

Would it have anything to do with my language settings? Cortana isn't supported by my language so I thought the "emoji" keyboard would be the same

Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

I tried the compatibility centre to see if was ok for Win 10 but no information was found. Have you tried running it in compatibility mode?
