Hello Everyone, i turn on my PC window starts to load up it bring up the windows 7 desktop without any icons including the start button then stops, then the startup recovery dail-log box comes up but fails to fix the problem. Please help on a way to fix this problem

Please boot to safe mode + networking.

Look to see if there is a folder C:\Windows\Minidump

If there is, copy the files in there to any other folder. Zip the files then attach the zip to a post here.

If there isn't, type msinfo32 in the start menu then press enter. File | save on the opened screen. Zip the saved file and attach the zip to a post here.
