Windows 7 Windows 7 Evaluation Copy Uninstall[HELP!]

I need some help to kill this OS!
I've tried to install win XP by doing all this: Installing from CD (Original), installing from burned cd, installing from USB, tried to boot from CD, tried to boot from USB, started up in safe mode with command prompt and tried to delete the "Windows" folder.
Probably something else also, but not that I can come up with.
Please, help me out here!

Are you trying to install XP on same partition and windows 7? Did you format the partition or drive? Is the PC booting from the XP disk?

I've tried to install XP on the same partition, and another hard disk, either of them worked. It does not boot from CD, it sais something like: Reboot or enter a media into the selected boot device.
I have tried to format another hard disk and install XP onto that one.

EDIT: I can't figure out a way to format the disk with Windows 7 on.

You'll probably have to go into bios and reset boot order.

I have tried to change the boot order so the CD is first, I have tried to use F8 (Hotkey for boot options) and selected CD, the same message is coming up each time
