Windows 7 windows 7 icon problem

hey guys. i have a problem, i'm using icon packager and i accidentally changed my default icon to windows 8. and i cant change it back to windows 7 default icon.

PLEASE HELP ME TO CHANGE IT BACK.

I suggest you try uninstalling iconpackager, reboot, reinstall iconpackager and see if it has rest its default icon set for Win 7.
