But at that time, it was out of battery and the rollback was unsuccessful too. And now my laptop can not be started up. What should i do? Please help me ASAP:(:(:(:(

What's it do?
I'd installed new windows 7. Hic. It automatically saved my data in a folder name: Windows.old. with size: 26GB:confused:. I have no idea. What should I do? Every programs that I'd installed can not be reinstalled or uninstalled. Shout I format my disk C??? Help me

If you can I'd boot off the windows dvd and go for custom install and format your Windows partition. You should then be able to install you applications if the windows install goes properly. If not post the errors and I'll see if I can help.

Nhutanh,
What type of installation were you performing for Windows 7? Upgrade or custom? Nmsuk is correct -- if you boot off of the Windows 7 DVD you will be able to choose a custom "clean" installation method and proceed from there.
Should you require additional assistance and guidance, Microsoft does have an official Windows 7 Support Forum located here Windows 7 IT Pro Category . It is supported by product specialists as well as engineers and support teams.
