Hello! Unfortunately, my Windows 7 upgrade kit doesn't seem to be working. I purchased a Samsung R720 a year ago (came with Vista), and got the upgrade kit sometime early 2010 - unfortunately, I didn't get round to upgrading till now.
The upgrade gets to stage 2 of 8 ('Scanning system'), when after about 5 to 10 mins of being on stage 2, 'Samsung easy upgrade has stopped working' comes up.
Here's a copy and paste of the 'Problem details' drop down:
Problem Event Name: APPCRASH
Application Name: EasyExecute.exe
Application Version: 1.0.0.0
Application Timestamp: 4af5104e
Fault Module Name: EasyExecute.exe
Fault Module Version: 1.0.0.0
Fault Module Timestamp: 4af5104e
Exception Code: c0000005
Exception Offset: 0000e9d4
OS Version: 6.0.6002.2.2.0.768.3
Locale ID: 2057
Additional Information 1: 79a4
Additional Information 2: 79a2997d77cb8dc8e4f54ce69f535438
Additional Information 3: 9aa2

Any idea how to overcome this issue? I'm sure there are no programmes on. I disconnect the internet, turn off my Kaspersky firewall and malware protection, and turn off the automatic upgrades thing.
Thanks!
