have windows 7 release client installed.
pretty sure there was a virus on it.
kept erroring out during reboot.
was able to get to repair screen in safe mode, all attempts to repair failed.
now:
tried booting from cd, will not boot, just goes to the 'starting windows' screen, processes, then eventually goes to black screen with pointer.
tried booting in safe mode, hangs up on disk.sys
me need help. do not want to loose all files.....EVERYTHING is on there. and do not want to buy xp. been searching forums for 3 hours.
