It will be unlikely that the look changes from that of Vista until it is almost ready for release.

You'll probably notice that my desktop is set up to work like the XP Classic Theme even though it's the Aero Theme. I unpinned all the programs from the taskbar. I have CSMenu installed plus the regular start menu. I like to use Desktop Icons.

I'm sure you'll think of me as being someone who likes to hang on to the old ways. That's not true at all or else why would I be using the Windows 7 Rc? I like to learn to use new software. I prefer ease of usage to a new look.

The second monitor is my TV. That's why It's Widescreen.

I Use Winstep Extreme for Start bar and and Star docks Fences to hide the Icons you see in this shot.

I also use there Icon Packager, and Object Dock and varios other Star Dock programs at WinCustomize: Your home for Vista themes and XP themes, skins, wallpapers, dreamscenes, icons and everything you need to customize your pc.
