I don't see any memory dumps. You'll want to make sure that is enabled and upload the dmp files once they are created.

Enabling Memory Dumps
  1. Press [Windows Key + r]
  2. Type control
  3. Go to System
  4. Select 'Advanced system settings'
  5. Click Settings under 'Startup and Recovery'
Configure as follows

After the next BSOD upload the .dmp file(s) in C:\Windows\Minidump

Although I configured windows startup and recovery settings exactly as you showed me in your screenshot above, the minidump folder is still empty after two BSOD.

Is this possible?

So, I solved the Problem.

The SSD caused the error. I updates the Firmware of the SSD to the latest Version and now it works fine with Windows 10.

Thank you for the help.

Open Windows File Explorer
Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump
Zip up the contents of that folder
Upload the zip file to the Cloud (
OneDrive for business, DropBox . . . etc.)
Then post a link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you . . .
