VIDEO Windows Issue Or Gaming Mouse Software Issue?

The UI for this particular gaming mouse software (Roccat Swarm), almost immediately closes upon execution. When I mouse over the software's icon on the taskbar tray, it disappears.
I'm not sure if this is more of a Windows issue of just something wrong with the software. This is a recent issue as the software has worked just fine in the past.

If it's the only software having issues I'd say it's more likely the software isn't compatible with Windows 10 1903. I've seen applications work with certain Windows 10 builds and break on newer builds

Actually, this issue has been going on for about 3 weeks now. I updated to Windows (1903) only a few days ago.
All of the software I utilize for my other peripherals works just fine.
This is really frustrating because I like this mouse but since it’s software won’t launch, it’s practically unusable.
