Windows Live Question

Our Windows XP computer crashed at my work. We got a new computer with Windows 7. (Love it)
BUT.... our email (Windows Live) use to have a little envelope at the bottom of the task bar when we had a new email.

PLEASE HELP ME GET IT BACK.

I have already gone and customized my settings to show all icons and notifications and it is still not doing it.

CAN SOMEONE HELP US HERE AT MY WORK?

Thank you!

Solution
Go to the Windows Live/Mail folder in your programs Folder. Right click wlmail.exe, select the compatibility tab and set it to run in compatibility mode for windows Vista (service pack 2). This will enable you to minimise to the system tray again and will give you the yellow "you got mail" icon.
Welcome to Windows7Forums.com :)Have you checked the settings within Windows Live Mail?

Yes... I have checked all that.

I have already gone and customized my settings to show all icons and notifications and it is still not doing it.

Can you type up a walk through of what you are specifically speaking about???
