Recently my Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit HP Laptop computer forgets all of the desktop settings and boots up like it is brand new. All my files and stuff are still there on disk but it has the initial background and desktop settings. If I turn it off and reboot it usually boots up right. This appears random.
