2 things I can offer:
First > Services
Check the following 2
BITS must be Running (Background Intelligent Transfer Service) set to Auto (Delayed Start)
and
Windows Update - Automatic (Trigger Start)
And
> cmd, Run as Admin
(type) netsh winsock reset
Reboot
