Windows 7 Wireless fails to reconnect after system hibernate/sleep

Asus UL80JT often cannot reconnect to wireless after system hibernate/sleep. Does not even show available networks.

Sometime, can use Function F2 to turn on wireless and this causes the wireless to turn on. Other times turning on wireless and even disabling/enabling device doesn't help.

The system uses the Atheros AR9285 Wireless Network Adapter (driver version 9.2.0.427 from 6/21/2011).

I have already unchecked "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power."

Often have to reboot in order to obtain wireless functionality.
