If you upgraded from Windows 8.1 and miss the old style Start screen you can enable it in Windows 10.

Open the Start menu and click settings. Open the Personalisation tab:

Look down the left hand side for 'Start' and click that. You'll then see some options relating to the Start menu and it's here you can enable the Start Screen:
