Just bought a new laptop.Upgraded from 8.1 to 10.
BSOD problem.Help me solve I have uploaded the diagnostics.

Hi,
I checked your zip file but no dump file is contained. Make sure your settings are set like this otherwise your os won't create them:
Open the run application.
Type sysdm.cpl in the run box and click ok.
Look across the top of the system properties box for 'Advanced' and click that.
Look for 'Startup and Recovery' near the bottom and click 'settings'.
Near the bottom you'll see a drop down menu under the heading 'write debugging information'.
In the drop down menu choose ' small memory dump (256KB)'
Under 'small dump directory' make sure it says %SystemRoot%\Minidump.
Click ok and your good to go.

You will need to bsod again before a dump file will be produced but once it does please post it up.

I ran dell diagnostic and it was showing harddisk not installed.i went for recovery option and then pulled back.Everything started working fine.

Problem Solved.Mcafee Compatibility issues were there.Have to Reupgrade from win8.1 to 10.
