I was wondering if anyone would know how to fix this error and if it is the driver or the card?

Please follow the instructions here to upload your dump file. How to ask for help with a BSOD problem based on an bugcheck of EA, there is a driver stuck in an infinite loop. Looking at the bottom of the stack is listed an AMD driver. It's likely you will want to update your graphics card driver from the computer manufacturer site or if they don't have a newer driver you may want to check AMD's site for the latest driver.
