Windows 7 Blank 'Devices and Printers' page

I have lost details on the 'Devices and Printers' page.  Printers still work, but I can't see what's printing. Can anyone help?

You don't show any devices in that dialog window, no keyboard or mouse?

I suppose you tried hitting refresh, but have you done anything, like run a registry cleaner?

Have you tried a cold boot.
