I believe what you need is the a Headphone/Microphone Combo Jack Splitter such as this: Link Removed
Then you can use your microphone/speaker jack for each input, as modifying your audio jack to support both would be a pain.. first of all if its not a combo jack it wont have all the connections to your motherboards PCB to carry audio in/out..
