Will there be a way to save the Win 10 update in case you need to reinstall it later on?

The rumors regarding that have been sparse, but sort of consistent.
ISOs will be made available after the rollout on the 29th. No idea how soon after but that's what has been said.

Usually you need to have your activation key and you should be able to reinstall windows at any time!
