Internet Exception Error 12003 Details: The server returned extended information 226 Transfer complete. 200 Type set to I.
Just started after updating to 8.1

I have a program called WYSIWYG Web Builder. It has FTP built into the program. It uses wininet. I have had no problems with this program until now. It was working fine with Windows 8. After updating to Windows 8.1 I now get this message.
