I have resolved this but only a little now, I went to windows indexing options and excluded my mydocs folder. Mind you it still comes up trying to show results elsewhere.

I eventually turned off indexing for all drives...

I am now interested in multiple desktops, this link shows how you can make another desktop so you can keep work apart however I would like a sort of button to click on like in linux rather than having to use keyboard keys.
