The only other thing I noticed is the note that says.....
"It may take up to a day to detect new updates after settings changes."
So if perhaps you've recently adjusted from Slow Ring to Fast Ring or back and forth maybe that may have some impact on the delay in your seeing the build availability.

I think that's how Microsoft referred to the process, as fast and slow ring.
