I have 2 laptops running window 8.1 all updates installed including Kb3035583.
1 has the icon to reserve windows 10 the other does not.
both laptops have the same windows email and password could that be the problem
if so can I change the id and password on one of the laptops
or am I barking up the wrong tree

My understanding is one per account but Microsoft may have changed their mind on this?
