Hello, I was watching some dude on YouTube and he showed his screen and I saw he has much prettier font, I just want to know how he did it.

First picture is his screen, second picture is mine

It's not so big difference, but his screen looks so much "cleaner"

Are you sure that they are the same version of Windows? The whole layout of the top bar seems to be different.
But you can change the font to anything that you want.

Right click on the desktop select Personalize and then click on Fonts to see options.

The two fonts in you images are very similar maybe a condensed and non condensed version of the same font, Maybe one is just a little bigger than the other, and one image is clearer then the other making the weight look different.
