Purchased a laptop in 2012 it came with windows 7
I used a promotional offer to upgrade to windows 8, I recently restored the laptop and lost windows 8
I have the email conformation ( Printed out ) with the product key and am in need of assistance reinstalling windows because it is proving difficult due to the fact I don't have the installation disc because I installed online
I'm looking for a link to download windows 8 and reactivate with my product key, I had the link attached in the email with the receipt but due to it being printed out I have no form of accessing it. Searched the windows site and spent over a hour on the phone to customer support. Got transferred many times then I was cut off
Also I no longer have the email.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
