I tried to contact support but it would not let me type in my message. It seems support is not working either.

Does the machine have internet Sonny i.e. open a browser and try getting to google or hotmail?

Yes the internet is working. I can get to google and Hotmail.

I just tried again and update for windows defender worked but the one I mentioned above will not.

I got the same thing here Sonny. I really don't think it's anything to worry about. I think they put something up and then took it down and we just managed to hit it at the right time.
Hopefully it'll straighten itself out soon.
I referenced here http://www.windows10forums.com/threads/build-9932.302/ a couple hours ago.
