Hi

This doesn't really answer your question but you might try switching to Widows Live Mail.
It is really the replacement for Outlook and is designed to work with Windows 7.

If like me you have trouble figuring out how to print from it, you right click on the message in the list and select print. I kept looking for something on the toolbar.

Does your system print normally otherwise?

Maybe use the print to PDF option, if you have it installed, and try printing that way.

Perhaps try running it in a compatibility mode?

Hello !!

I believe it's an issue with Microsoft OLE Library you could try these steps

Start | under search type in Run | regsvr32 ole32.dll

Then try to open Outlook and Test it.

Does your system print normally otherwise?

I get the same error message in IE8. All other programs print ok.
