I have o Windows 10 PRO 64bits. I replaced new motherboard (ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3 to M5A97 R2.0). I ran memtest86. I ran sfc/scannow and chkdsk. I tested stress CPU + GPU for 30 mins. Without errors!
