Hello, I just joined this forum and this is my first time posting.
I built my desktop in late December last year. Everything seemed fine until I installed Windows 7 Ultimate x64 (Korean) and started installing programs I regularly use. Then, BSOD hit me...I'd never had a self-built computer...

Win7 installs seemingly without problem for me. But my USB N Lite (TP-727) doesn't load drivers properly, my SX515W printer crashes on network setup program, and my Nokia 5800 is seem but several driver components fail to load. I sense that it's the USB that has issues as no non-USB device has...
I upgraded from windows 7 32-bit version to 64-bit ("custom install" - tried using LapLink's "Windows & Upgrade Assistant". Big mistake, but that's another story.) Afterwards, I downloaded 64-bit version of iTunes, and have had many, many problems getting it to install and run. Following...

I'm in the market for a new case. I want to transfer my OEM HP into the new case for now and later on buy parts for a build later on down the road. My question is: What is the better position of the PSU, top mount or bottom mount? Does is really matter or is it preference?

Has anyone used nLite to install Windows 7 and strip it of some of the components?
I'm about to do a clean install of a newer build.
Thanks for any help you can give.
I tried Roxio 2009 when I first started using Windows 7 and the console wouldn't work but the components did. I used it tonight and got a prompt for an update and installed it Now the console works. I'm using 64 bit Windows 7. I saw some other posts about it here.

Well it arrived today and I've been messing with it since... I was really impressed with the retail cooler that comes with the chip although it needed lapping. I've been trying various settings and have only pushed it to 3.4GHz for the moment, in fact here's a screenie...
I'll do some more...
