Hello,
I'm using Windows 8 Enterprise 64 bit and it sometimes causes BSOD, especially when I scan devices in device manager.
I attached the log file.
Please help me. It's been going on for awhile now...
Thank you.
In another forum someone asked what people felt about Windows 8. This is what I had to say:
Ok, well, to the OP I will offer my comments & promise to not be overly techy. Many folks who have spent a bit of time @ this forum, already, know my feelings but, that's ok...

I was unable to download custom Activex control in Windows 8 Enterprise edition. It was fine with release preview. To set the group policy i was searching for Security_HKLM_Only in registry.
I am not finding this in registry.
I came across this from a member having an issue with a particular Language Pack and found that they are no longer available via Windows Updates.
These are exe. language packs available for all versions of Windows 7 x86 & x64.
How to use another language pack in Windows 7 Home Premium &...

With its new Start screen made of live tiles and its bold redesign, Windows 8 will have a challenging time getting consumers to embrace such radical change.

Just sharing this from another Forum, just for the hell of it. If, you disagree w/ any of it, please, don't bother beating ME up over it; no need for that. Differing opinions are ok & don't mean you have to deride another's view. Ok? Cool, thanks.

Microsoft has released a Free Evaluation version of Windows 8. The evaluation copy of Windows 8 Enterprise is valid only for 90 days after activation, and once expired, cannot be upgraded. It is intended for developers, but presents a safe method for those who don't have Technet/MSDN access and...
I nearly dismissed this article as a propaganda piece until I got to the part of why Apple lost their business. I've seen a number of posts where people "in the business" are predicting Windows 8 to not make in roads into the enterprise. With regard to desktops, I somewhat agree with that...

Hey folks. This one is wierd because I had 10 new Dell XPS 8300s, Windows 7 Enterprise 64-bit. Identical ssytems. I reimangined them with the same image. 8 are fine but 2 just will not be happy throwing very regular BSODs. To rule out bad image (though other 8 fine) tried a reformat on them...

It seems that Microsoft wants to have their cake and eat it too. Who wouldn't, after all what good is having cake if you can't eat it.
On the one hand they have this new OS (Windows 8) which is likely to RTM in August (some suggest as early as July) and become GA (Generally Available) in...
