hi! i scan my PC with memtest86+ and he show to me 445 errors:( can i fix it or i need kick the rams? thanks!

I got a western digital 1.5 TB hard drive and when i turn on my computer windows starts trying to repair the hard drive and i let it stand like this for 48 hours and its still trying to repair. What should i do? Picture down below my win language is Norwegian.

I haven't had any hard drive problems except for accidental partition deletion, etc. I got this message last night from 1 of my drives and also a boot-up warning telling me which drive is failing. I've already moved out all my data from it. I also run a DPS Self Test which gives me a Code 4...
