I have a lenovo laptop with windows 8.1. The jack used to work perfectly on my laptop but it doesn't anymore. Windows will still pop up the jack plugged in message but it just won't play any sound on my headphones. The speaker works just fine, and I have searched through all over the Interwebs...

Good morning. My laptop speakers have some sort of problem with them. When you go to play music it plays but stops half way through. If you put a portable speaker system in, or headphones it plays perfectly fine. Could it be something to do with the sound driver?
