minimize

My screen goes completely blurry when I move my taskbar to the top of the screen. I've got the latest graphic drivers for my card, etc but can't figure out why it's doing that. Also, WLM pops up every time I minimize firefox or any app.

Hi, I have this issue happened recently, I cannot lcose any window by pressing X due to it is disabled, as well do any other operation like min or max. THose buttons are not disabled, but pressing does not do a thing. Any advice how to re enable. Really annoying by pressing ALt+F4. Thank you
