Hi, On the other profile windows just don't move you cant close them or minimize, whats wrong ?

Hi All, I just upgraded to windows7 and now when I play left4dead it minimizes the game back to the desktop when I hit escape, escape should bring up the in-game menu. Has anyone else had this, I've read this occurs on other games too but I'm not sure how to fix it. Thanks a lot, Russ
