i got a new laptop yesterday and i'm having a problem with installing some programmes.
Some programmes install perfectly fine and on others the setup file doesnt open and causes my computer to crash.
any help would be appreciated :)

When i went to log in for the first time it wouldn't let me and said my password was wrong.
