I am using TP-Link router. It is more than 10 months old. I think now I am getting internet speed slow. Is there any way to increase my internet speed? I don't want to pay extra money.
Will a dual-band router and a laptop's WiFi adapter automatically switch to 5GHz for more speed, or is this something I have to choose manually? If it's the latter, can someone refer me to a "how-to" article or video? (The laptop is from 2015.) Thanks!

Just took my Windows 10 Laptop out of the house for the first time. I am so used to 7 and hovering the connection in the notification tray for IP address and connection speed I was surprised not to find this. And then more surprised not to be able to find some utility to regain this...

Hello. Is there some sort of option to make Windows 10 boot up faster? I'm not talking about having to disable some features to make it boot faster. Or better yet, a faster rebooting method? Something like how Android has Soft Reboot?

Question. When Avast Free is installed Chrome takes a second to open but the homepage takes 6-7 seconds to open. IE, Firefox and Opera all open in a second and the homepage pops up a second later. When Bitdefender Free, or AVG Free was installed I never had this problem. Any ideas ?
I know that windows 10 just came out, but how is it going for everyone? Did you have trouble installing anything? I personally like it although I need to adjust to it as it is different from windows 8.1 which I upgraded from. If anyone is having trouble installing or getting windows 10, just ask...

I have been look for, but unable to find the information about what speed at which a system was connected to the network.
