OK, I have read about how to install Battery Bar with "Floating Task Bar option". Doesn't work. Battery Bar shows in Windows> Program Files, but there is no executable file in the folder. And Battery Bar does not show up in the apps list. And Battery Bar does not show on the task bar. Any advice...
Might be a dumb question, but i cannot find an answer for it. My issue is a software page not being able to move by clicking the top of it and dragging it like every other page does, the only way i can move it is by pressing it (windows key+shift+arrow keys) to my second monitor, i cannot freely...
so Windows users know that Adobe like Mac and Windows doesn't always make a good fit for their software... in this case the task bar covers your options so you can't click it
it doesn't matter what your screen rez is set to because Adobe will help by auto moving the ui to 'fit' the space... so...
After putting off the big update pushed by Microsoft (is it called "Creator's update"?) for a couple days, I finally relented today and did it. It took quite a while, but when it came up, I desperately wished I'd NOT done it.
First, my taskbar lost most of the items I'd customized to it. I...
After a W10 update a few weeks ago, my task bar became 3 lines high and it became impossible to widen the System Tray area.
I have tried various forum suggestions around icon sizing, etc, but nothing helps.
There is plenty of room to widen the system tray area, which would have (in the past)...
Hi,
My Windows 7 task bar below the desktop has reverted to the primitive square 'start' button as opposed to the newer round button. Why has this happened please? It looks like the task bar from Safe Mode? How can I get the proper Windows 7 bar back again please?
There were a couple of crashes...
I tried Windows 10. I found it very trying. I reloaded Win 7 but that backup had the flying window on the task bar asking me to reserve my free win10. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of it? I am NOT going there again.
I assume some people don't want the leave feed back nag or just want to feel in control...

I am sorry if I have previously used the wrong place to put my question.
Most times after I have had the computer switched on and after 30 minutes approx. I click on a app and it just "hangs" with the blue circle going around and around and after a couple of minutes stops. You can click on the...
Hi
That's supposed to say Can't open Start Menu.
I got some forced updates today, not to the new version of TP, and now I can't open the start menu, or type in the search windows on the Task Bar?
I created a system image yesterday but I thought that I'd see if anyone has any experience with...

I found out that Retro UI is a good app as a start menu. The reason is that it allows you to still use the start screen if you want to and adds a task bar at the bottom of your start screen. So, you can use the start screen as an improved desktop. I could be wrong so please correct me if I am...

Hi
I forgot how much work it is to really start over with a new computer.
But I think I have everything installed and set up.
It took longer because I started off using the Metro interface, but I finally gave up on it and did things the way I'm used to.
Here's my desktop.
I run virtually...
When I receive a new e-mail in any folder (inbox, spam) I don't get the new e-mail envelope icon in the task bar and I don't know how to get it back. I used to get it before and now nothing. I already went to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Notification Area Icons and set it to show icons...

I want to pin a website connection to the task bar, but when I try, the system wants to pin it as an extension of Internet Explorer. Internet Explorer is already pinned to the Task Bar. I just want separate icon pinned. Anyone have any ideas?
