I got a "Do you trust this program" prompt while i was installing a program. Think of accepting it i just hit enter. But instead of accepting it i declined it. Now i have no idea to set it back so i can instal the program. I am on Windows 8.1.

Three of the directories <Data> <MSOCache> and <Program Data> have tiny 'lock' icons attached to the top of the tree.
