Windows 10 Audio Output Issue

After restarting my PC following the most recent Win10 update my audio was no longer outputting properly. This has been an issue in the past for me with Win10 but simply reinstalling the drivers has done the trick. I have spent the last 9 hours doing everything I know and scouring the internet for other ideas and nothing so far.

I have already:
Made sure nothing was muted
Checked my speakers to make sure they worked with another device
Updated, rolled back, uninstalled and reinstalled the audio drivers
Disabled all enhancements
Tested every format in the speaker properties advanced tab
Tried every possible audio port on my PC
Updating my bios and my PCI bus driver
Running the DISM command

The speakers are detected properly and set as default audio device. When testing the audio I can see the bar spike so it is detecting sound for sure. It's just not outputting any sound for some reason.

If anyone has any ideas please let me know, thanks.

Can we have more information such as:

What computer/motherboard?
Which driver are you using?
What speakers?

With the last few updates to Windows 10 I personally have had issues with Dolby devices, do you have the Dolby Access Windows Store App installed?
