Hello. The file that I'm uploading is of my mother's computer. She told me that she has been having problems with blue screens, and when I checked her minidump folder, she seems to have them around once a month, starting in 2015. Your help will be much appreciated. Here is the most recent file from the folder. Thanks
-Joe

Hi,
the above dump file means the gpu driver didn't recover within a certain amount of time. Causes can be many and widespread although it may simply be down to the driver being old.
Use this application to remove the original driver whilst in safe mode: This will also clean out previous driver install and make ready for the new driver:
Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) V15.7.2.0 Released. - Wagnardmobile Forum

The onboard graphics is now considered legacy and the driver is here:
Legacy

There are driver updates available for the system from here:
HP Software and Driver Downloads for HP Printers, Laptops, Desktops and More | HP® Customer Support

Post any new dump files.
